Accessibility statement

Scope and standard

This statement covers paulopriess.net/creative. The target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, and the European standard EN 301 549.

This website informs businesses; it sells no goods or services to consumers, so Germany’s Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) is unlikely to apply. We publish this statement voluntarily.

What we have done

• Semantic structure with landmarks and a heading hierarchy; a “Skip to content” link
• Full keyboard operation with visible focus
• Text contrast of at least 4.5:1
• Zoom to 200% and layouts from 320 px wide without loss of information
• Animations follow the system “reduce motion” setting
• Changes of language in the text are marked up (e.g. Portuguese example texts)
• Form fields with visible labels and clear error messages
• Impressum, privacy notice and this statement are readable without JavaScript

Conformance status

The site was checked by its developer with automated tools, by keyboard and with zoom (self-assessment, September 2026). An external audit, including screen-reader testing, is still outstanding. If you encounter a barrier, we would like to hear about it.
